You can delete your account from the ankaa map app or website by following these steps.

1. Sign in to ankaa map.
2. Open "My Page" from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
4. Review the confirmation dialog and tap "Delete" to complete the process.

• check_circleAll pending and confirmed reservations are cancelled automatically.
• check_circleSpot photos you posted are deleted.
• check_circleThe account can no longer be used to sign in.

How refunds are handled for those cancellations depends on how the facility collects its usage fee. See below for details.

30 days after your account deletion is completed, the following personal data is deleted automatically.

• Name, furigana, nickname and self-introduction
• Email address, phone number, address, date of birth and gender
• Profile photo, sign-in IP addresses and device push notification tokens
• Uploaded documents such as vessel inspection certificates and insurance policies, including their images
• Registered vessel details (vessel name, registration number, home port, certificate number, etc.) and vessel photos
• The content of your inquiries

The following records are retained for the period required by law (accounting and tax obligations). The personal data listed above is removed from these records.

• Reservation history (dates, spot used, amounts, etc.)
• Billing and payment records

If you cannot delete your account in the app (for example because you cannot sign in), please contact us below. We will verify your identity and carry out the deletion on your behalf.
